The Inner Circle Fraternal Orders (ICFO) is the social division of the Brothers And Sisters Combined Uniternity, Incorporated, which is a 501(c)(3), non-profit, youth service organization that is based in New York, with unincorporated divisions all over the world. ICFO houses the Sorority of Alpha Siu Omega and the Fraternity of Kappa Omega Psi. ICFO was established by Reverend Leisa Williams on October 10, 1990 for the purpose of providing frienship and professional networking opportunities for men and women of all ages internationally. A member can be born into the Order and can remain until death. Membership is divided into six categories: Baby Kapps (Birth to Age 4); Omega Crumbsnatchers (Ages 5 to 9); Preteen Alphas (Ages 10 to 12); Psi Teen Terrors (Ages 13 to 19); Grownup Kappa Grooves (Ages 20 to 49) and Senior Siu Soul (Ages 50 and older). Our mission is to do those things necessary to empower ourselves in positive ways, relying on our SPIRITUAL POWER, ACADEMIC GENIUS, POLITICAL VOICES, COMMUNITY TIES and NATURAL STRENGTHS and to further assist in empowering our brothers and sisters. We each work to see each other prosper. When one falls, we all stoop down to pick him up. When one of us soars, we all fly to heights unknown. We one has a problem, we all step in to solve it. When one is grieving, we all share in the sorrow. When one is happy, we all share in the joy. We are an inner-circle that has NO end; a chain that cannot be broken. We are men and women of INTEGRITY; the SYSTAHS in Unity and the KINGZ of Power -- United for Eternity. Locally, meetings are held to connect socially and to explore positive academic and professional activities. All members must have a strong prayer life (or be willing to develop one) and should be connected with a house of worship of any Faith, as it represents our SPIRITUAL power. Youth who join, as well as any adult who is pursuing higher education, must maintain an academic average of 80 or better, as it represents our ACADEMIC GENIUS. Adult members must be willing to vote, as it represents our POLITICAL VOICE. We must all volunteer to do community service whenever needed throughout the year, as it is indicative of our COMMUNITY TIES. We must all lend our time, talents and treasures to improve our organization in whatever way possible, as it represents our NATURAL STRENGTHS. Our community commitment is to serve the youth and communities of Brothers And Sisters Combined Uniternity, Incorporated and the New Love Christian Ministry of Crown Heights. Internationally, members are kept abreast of all local happenings and are required and expected to have a voice in all Order activities and issues. In October, all members all over the world convene in Brooklyn, New York in celebration of our annual anniversary. If you are interested in pledging, or if you would like to learn more, please send an e-mail to us as soon as possible. We observe a strict "no-hazing" policy and accept members all over the world, regardless of color, race, political affiliation, religion or physical handicap.
